Processing & Production
Custom Orders: Each garment is individually crafted. Production typically takes 4–6 weeks, excluding shipping time.
Standard Size Orders (RTW): Orders are processed within 2–4 business days unless otherwise noted.
Shipping Options
Standard Shipping: Available domestically and internationally. Delivery times vary by destination.
Expedited Shipping: Available for urgent orders at an additional cost, calculated at checkout.
Local Delivery/Pick-Up: Offered selectively in Los Angeles, CA. Details provided during checkout.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide. International delivery times vary based on carrier and destination.
Customs duties, import taxes, and fees are the responsibility of the client. We recommend checking with your local customs office prior to placing an order.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Tracking updates are provided by the carrier and may take up to 24–48 hours to activate.
Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, carrier, and delivery speed.
Complimentary domestic shipping may be offered during special promotions.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged in transit once they have been handed to the carrier.
We recommend choosing a shipping option with insurance or requiring a signature upon delivery.

Expedited Production & Delivery
For urgent requests:
Expedited Production Fee: $150 (reduces production timeline when possible).
Expedited Shipping Fees: Vary depending on destination and courier availability.
RETURNS
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
Custom Orders: Due to their personalised nature, custom suits and garments are not eligible for full refunds. However, we offer adjustments to ensure the best fit and experience.
Standard Size Orders (RTW): May be eligible for exchange or store credit if returned unworn, unaltered, and with original tags/packaging within 10 days of delivery.
Alterations & Adjustments
Clients are entitled to up to five complimentary alterations within 10 days of receiving the garment.
After this allowance, any additional alterations will be charged at the client’s expense.
To initiate an alteration, please use the provided prepaid return label or schedule an in-person fitting where available.
Condition of Returned Items
Garments must be unworn, unwashed, and free from damage, fragrance, or marks.
Items not meeting these conditions may be refused.

Non-Returnable Items
Bespoke/custom garments beyond the alteration period.
