Shipping Options
Standard Shipping: Available domestically and internationally. Delivery times vary by destination.
Expedited Shipping: Available for urgent orders at an additional cost, calculated at checkout.
Local Delivery/Pick-Up: Offered selectively in Los Angeles, CA. Details provided during checkout.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide. International delivery times vary based on carrier and destination.
Customs duties, import taxes, and fees are the responsibility of the client. We recommend checking with your local customs office prior to placing an order.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Tracking updates are provided by the carrier and may take up to 24–48 hours to activate.
Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, carrier, and delivery speed.
Complimentary domestic shipping may be offered during special promotions.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged in transit once they have been handed to the carrier.
We recommend choosing a shipping option with insurance or requiring a signature upon delivery.

RETURNS
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
Custom Orders: Due to their personalised nature, custom suits and garments are not eligible for full refunds. However, we offer adjustments to ensure the best fit and experience.
Standard Size Orders (RTW): May be eligible for exchange or store credit if returned unworn, unaltered, and with original tags/packaging within 10 days of delivery.
Alterations & Adjustments
A limited number of alterations are only offered to custom orders only. Garments are produced to approved measurements and design details.
Within 7 days of delivery, minor fit adjustments (hem, sleeve length, reasonable waist suppression) may be covered.
All covered alterations must be completed by a tailor selected by us.
The following are not covered:
- Weight or body changes
- Style changes after delivery
- Structural or recutting alterations
- Requests after 7 days
- Unauthorised third-party alterations
Additional alterations are client-paid and must be approved prior to work beginning..
Condition of Returned Items
Garments must be unworn, unwashed, and free from damage, fragrance, or marks.
Items not meeting these conditions may be refused.
