What types of suits do you offer?
We offer both standard-size and custom-tailored suits for men and women, along with our own originally designed suiting separates.

How long does it take to create a custom suit?
The average turnaround time is 4–6 weeks. Production can be expedited for an additional fee of $150.

Can I order a custom suit online?
Currently, we only offer standard-size suits through our e-boutique. For the full bespoke experience, we provide both virtual and in-person consultations.

Do you offer tailoring for existing suits or garments?
Not at this time.

Design and Customization

What customization options are available for my suit?
Clients can select from fabrics, colors, and design details. Additional personalization options such as monograms and embroidery are also available.

How do I select the best fabric for my suit?
During your consultation, we guide you through fabric selections tailored to your style, occasion, and climate.

Do you offer suits for specific occasions (e.g., weddings, business, formal events)?
Yes. We design garments specifically suited for weddings, business, and other formal occasions.

Fit and Measurements

How do I take accurate measurements for a custom suit?
Please refer to our Measurement Reference Guide.

Do I need to come in for a fitting, or can I submit measurements online?
We host fittings either at our temporary location or at the client’s convenience (home, office, or other preferred locations). Alternatively, measurements may be submitted virtually.

What happens if the suit doesn’t fit perfectly after the first fitting?
We provide a limited number of complimentary alterations (see our Returns & Exchange Policy).

Can I adjust the fit of my suit later if needed?
Adjustments beyond the initial fittings are not offered by us; however, clients may have alterations done independently at their own expense.

Pricing and Payment

How much does a custom suit cost?

• Men’s and Women’s Classic Two-Piece Custom Suit: starting at $1,650

• Women’s Signature Custom Suit: starting at $1,850
  A 10% discount is applied to custom orders if the full amount is paid upfront.

Are there additional costs for customizations or special fabrics?
Yes. Costs vary depending on the complexity of the request. Most customization options fall within the stated price points, but materials sourced outside our standard range will incur an additional sourcing fee of $150.

Returns and Exchanges

What is your return or exchange policy for custom suits?

What if the suit doesn’t fit correctly?
Our Returns & Exchange Policy covers adjustments. Clients may return the suit within 10 days of delivery using the provided return label. We offer up to five complimentary alterations; beyond that, alteration costs are the client’s responsibility.

Care and Maintenance

Always dry clean your blazer and trousers together, and store them on a hanger to preserve shape and longevity.
