1. General Information
What types of suits do you offer?
We offer both standard size and custom-tailored suits for both men and women, along with our own originally designed suiting separates referred to as ’Signature’ suiting separates.
How long does it take to create a custom suit?
The turnaround time is 8 weeks.
Can I order a custom suit online?
We currently only offer standard size suiting via our e-boutique. For the full bespoke experience, we offer both virtual and in-person consultation here.
Do you offer tailoring for existing suits or garments?
Not at this time.
2. Design and Customization
What customization options are available for my suit?
Clients can choose from silohuettes, fabrics, colors, and styling details. Additional customization such as monograms and embroidery are also available.
3. Fit and Measurements
How do I take accurate measurements for a custom suit?
Please refer to our Measurement Reference Guide.
Do I need to come in for a fitting, or can I submit measurements online?
We offer the the option for our client to either be hosted at our temporary location or at their convenience (home, office, or other locations). Alternatively, measurements can be submitted virtually.
What happens if the suit doesn’t fit perfectly after the first fitting?
We provide a limited number of complimentary alterations, see Returns & Exchange Policy.
Can I adjust the fit of my suit later if needed?
Adjustments beyond the initial fittings are not offered by us, though alterations can be done at the client’s expense.
4. Pricing and Payment
How much does a custom suit cost?
Both Men and Women's classic two-piece custom suits start at $1,650. Women’s Signature Custom Suit’s start at $1,850
Are there additional costs for customizations or special fabrics?
Yes. Prices will vary depending on the level of complexity of the request. However most customization options fall within the previously stated pricepoint. Materials sourced outside our standard range incur an additional sourcing fee of $150.
Do you offer payment plans or financing options?
Yes. Payment plans are available only for custom orders of $1,500 or more. A minimum 50% deposit is required to begin production.The remaining balance may be split into up to three (3) monthly payments.If a payment plan is selected, the client agrees to the Payment Plan Schedule issued separately.
5. Shipping and Delivery
How long does it take to receive my custom suit?
8 weeks.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes.
Can I track my order once it’s shipped?
Yes, tracking information will be provided.
Do you offer expedited shipping for urgent orders?
Yes, pricing will vary based on destination and timeframe.
6. Returns and Exchanges
What is your return or exchange policy for custom suits?
Please see our Returns & Exchange Policy.
What if the suit doesn’t fit correctly?
Our Returns & Exchange Policy covers adjustments. Clients may return the suit within 10 days of delivery using the provided return label.
7. Alterations on custom orders
Garments are produced to approved measurements and design details.
Within 7 days of delivery, minor fit adjustments (hem, sleeve length, reasonable waist suppression) may be covered.
All covered alterations must be completed by a tailor selected by us.
The following are not covered:
Weight or body changes
Style changes after delivery
Structural or recutting alterations
Requests after 7 days
Unauthorized third-party alterations
